The Prophet (SAWA) said, 'Al-Mahdi will reappear among the last ones of my community. Allah will quench him with rain, the land will bring forth its vegetation, wealth will be given in full, livestock will increase and the community will augment.' الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام - في المناجاةِ الشَّعبانيّةِ - : إلهي هَبْ لي كمالَ الانقِطاعِ إلَيكَ ، وأنِرْ أبصارَ قُلوبِنا بضِياءِ نَظَرِها إلَيكَ ، حتّى‌ تَخرِقَ أبصارُ القُلوبِ حُجُبَ النورِ ، فَتَصِلَ إلى‌ مَعدِنِ العَظَمَةِ . Imam Ali (AS) said in his supplication of Shaban, 'O Allah, grant me the perfection of devotion to You, and illuminate the sight of our hearts with the radiance of looking at You until the sight of our hearts pierces through the veils of light, reaching the source of Exaltedness.' The Prophet (s) used to fast throughout Sha’ban, continuing his fasting into the month of Ramadan. He used to say, “Sha’ban is my month, and whoever fasts a day of this month of mine will surely be admitted into paradise.” Fada’il al-Ashhur ISLAMPLUS.NET @islamplusen

The Common Devotions of #Shaban 1. To say seventy times every day, استغفر الله واسأله التوبة I plead to Allah for forgiveness and beseech Him to accept my repentance! 2. To offer charity (Sadaqah) during this month, even if it be as little as half a date. ISLAMPLUS.NET @islamplusen

To say the following 1000 times during the entire month, لا إله إلَّا الله ولا نعبد إلَّا إيّاه مُخلِصينَ له الدِّين ولو كَرِه المُشركون. There is no god except Allah and we worship none except Him, dedicating our faith to Him alone, though the polytheists should be averse. ISLAMPLUS.NET @islamplusen
