sometimes i still open our chat and read everything from the beginning, smiling at the stupid things we used to say, remembering how we could talk for hours about absolutely nothing, how every random thought somehow turned into a whole conversation, and how i never realized that one day i'd miss something as simple as seeing ur name pop up on my screen
