Allah: (director)
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً ۖ قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾
When your Lord said to the angels, ‘Indeed I am going to set a viceroy on the earth,’ they said, ‘Will You set in it someone who will cause corruption in it and shed blood, while we celebrate Your praise and proclaim Your sanctity?’ He said, ‘Indeed I know what you do not know.’ (30)
🦋 Ok all the angles. The play is going to be held on the earth. Earth is the scene. Human is going to be the main character.
Angles: Oh Allah. Please. Let us be the first character. It's a hard performance. Human will shed blood.
Director: just listen to what I say.... I'm the director. I know each of you is good for a role. The most important character goes to human.
Angle: OK director. As you order.
Director: OK now all of you Prostrate before Adam, my best character.
Angles: yes sure.
Director:
قَالَ يَا إِبْلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ السَّاجِدِينَ ﴿الحجر: ٣٢﴾
He said, ‘O Iblis! What kept you from being among those who have prostrated?’ (32)
you Satan. What are you waiting for? Prostrate before Adam.
Iblis: (looking) Do you really wanna know why I'm not prostrating? I've been practicing for the first role in all these years. I've been bowing and prostrating to get shape to get ready for the first role. I have been reading the scenario all days and nights. I kept my shape with all my red colors. Now after all these years you bring a piece of mud infront of me. You name it Adam and you say he is my first character? Unbelievable..... Unbelievable. I can't accept him. I can't say yes to your choice. He doesn't have a quality for being an actor. He is just a piece of mud. No color. No attraction. No one is gonna buy ticket to watch his performance. He will make the audience bored.
What about me? I have fire. I know how to make the audience sit and enjoy my performance. I've practiced all these years. I can make fire works. I'm better. I'm the best. This is the point.
قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ ۖ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ ص ﴿٧٦)
‘I am better than him,’ he said. ‘You created me from fire and You created him from clay.’ surah sad (76)
قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ ﴿١٣﴾
Get down from it!’ He said. ‘It is not for you to be arrogant therein. Begone! You are indeed among the degraded ones.’ (13)
Director: you failed the test. You didn't listen to me. All your practices Worth nothing when you don't listen to me. Just go away.
Satan: give me time. Give me a small role atleast. Don't kick me out completely. I've been practicing all these years. I will prove that I was better. I will deceive all your audience. I swear. Whenever your actor is going to perform and say your words I will interrupt him. I will distract the mind of the audience with all my fireworks. Yes.... no one will listen to him.
Director: do as you wish. You can't distract the real audience. The real audience will know the difference between real performance and the fake one.
