#خطبه_فدکیه قسمت 30
يابْنَ أَبِىقُحافَةَ، أَفِى كِتابِ اللّهِ اَنْ تَرِثَ اَباكَ وَ لا اَرِثَ أَبِى؟! لَقَدْ جِئْتَ {شَيْئاً فَرِيّاً}، جُرْأَةً مِنْكُمْ عَلىٰ قَطِيعَةِ الرَّحِمِ وَ نَكْثِ الْعَهْدِ! أَ فَعَلىٰ عَمْدٍ تَرَكْتُمْ كِتابَ اللّهِ وَ نَبَذْتُمُوهُ {وَراءَ ظُهُورِكُمْ}؟
اذْ يَقُولُ اللّهُ تَبارَكَ وَ تَعالىٰ: {وَ وَرِثَ سُلَيْمانُ داوُدَ}، مَعَ ما قَصَّ مِنْ خَبَرِ يَحْيىٰ وَ زَكَرِيّا اِذْ قالَ: {رَبِّ... فَهَبْ لِى مِنْ لَدُنْكَ وَلِيّاً يَرِثُنِى وَ يَرِثُ مِنْ آلِ يَعْقُوبَ}، وَ قالَ: {وَ اُولُوا الْاَرْحامِ بَعْضُهُمْ اَوْلىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فى كِتابِ اللّهِ}، وَ قالَ: {يُوصِيكُمُ اللّهُ فى اَوْلادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ}، وَ قالَ: {اِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْراً الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوالِدَيْنِ وَ الْاَقْرَبِينَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَقّاً عَلَى الْمُتَّقِينَ}
فزَعَمْتُمْ اَنْ لا حَظَّ لِى وَ لا إِرْثَ لِى مِنْ أَبِى وَ لا رَحِمَ بَيْنَنا!!

اى پسر ابى قحافه؛ آيا اين در كتاب خداست كه تو از پدرت ارث برى و من از پدرم ارث نبرم؟ اگر چنين است، {نكته اى شگفت آورده اى!} (مريم / ۲۷) به قطع رحم و شكستن پيمان به جرأت اقدام كرده اى! پس آيا به عمد كتاب خدا را ترك كرده و {به پشت سرخود انداخته ايد؟} (انعام / ۹۴)
چرا كه خداوند تبارك و تعالى مى‌فرمايد: {و سليمان از داوود ارث برد} (نمل / ۱۶) يا آنچه از يحيى و زكريا حكايت كرده و فرمود: {پروردگارا! ... از سوى خود فرزندى عطايم فرما كه از من و از تبار يعقوب ارث برد} (مريم / ۵ ـ ۶) و نيز فرموده: {و برخى اقوام [متوفى] در كتاب خداوند [در ارث بردن] بر ديگران مقدم اند} (انفال / ۷۵) و نيز فرمود: {خداوند درباره ى فرزندان‌تان سفارش مى كند كه پسران را دو برابر دختران ارث خواهد بود} (نساء/ ۱۱) و نيز {اگر كسى از شما را مرگ فرا رسد و ثروتى دارد، براى پدر و مادر و خويشانش به خوبى وصيّت كند، اين كار بر اهل تقوا حق و لازم است}. (بقره / ۱۸۰)
پس شما [بر خلاف این آیات قرآن] می پندارید که مرا بهره و ارثى از پدرم نيست؟ و بين من و پدرم نسبتى وجود ندارد؟

#Fadak_Sermon(30)
O son of Abi-Qahāfa! (Abū Bakr), is it in the Book of Allah that you inherit from your father but I do not inherit from mine?
If it is as you say, then you have invented strange story! It is stated in the Book:
You have come out with a very strange and evil idea (Maryam 19/ 27)!
You have boldly broken your promise; as it is mentioned in the Book:
Have you, intentionally, discarded the Book of Allah and left it behind your backs
(Al-Anaam 6/ 94)?
It is because Allah, the Honorable and Exalted, says:
'…Sulaimān inherited from Dāwud', (Al-Naml 27/ 16).'
Or that which He has stated about Yahiā and Zakariyyā, when he implores Allah:
'…therefore, grant me, by your grace, O Lord, a successor who may inherit me and inherit
From the lineage of Yaʿqūb' (Maryam 19/ 5-6).
And while the Book states:
'…and the people related by blood relations to one another are first and foremost for one another (have a priority(Al-Anfal 8/75),
Moreover, the Book states, "Allah commands you in respect of your children, that for the
Son it is twice more than that which is for the daughter (An-Nesaa 4/ 11).
And once again in the Book, Allah says:
'…when you are about to die, it is good that you make a testimony in regards to your parents and near ones in a manner that is good, because that is the right and true thing for she pious
to do', (Baquare 2/ 180).
So you now gather that there is no benefit and inheritance for me from my father?
