Shaheed Soleimani Hall درب ۶، سالن شهید سلیمانی
Salam Alaykum, thank you all for joining the celebrations for the Wiladah of our beloved Imam Mahdi (ATFS) at Masjid al-Jamkaran.
The event took place at Shaheed Soleimani Hall in Masjid al-Jamkaran and was attended by - alhamdolillah - 500+ participants comprised of the English speaking students of Qom from different countries along with their families and friends.
The main hall got filled up with adults. The kids were taken for a special program hosted by Jamkaran's kids-specialist team of scholars.
Men, women, youth, kids and a number of senior scholars attended this event. Sayyid Shahryar from the US emceed the event which started off with a mesmerizing recitation of the Holy Quran by Br. Ali Jawad from Bangladesh followed up with a captivating recitation of Ziyarat Ale Yasin by Shaykh Ali Husayn from the Philippines.
Br. Ali Murtaza from Nigeria, Br. Husayn from the US, and Sr. Zainab from the US presented outstanding, refreshing and revolutionary spoken word poetry.
The Live Talk Show was hosted by Br. Muhammad Ali Araki from the UK with four penalists – Shaykh Rohullah Rohani from Afghanistan, Shaykh Mustafa Araki from the UK, Shaykh Ali Qomi from Pakistan, and Sayyid Shahryar Naqvi from the US.
Hujjatul Islam Sayyid Hussaini Kohsari - the countrywide head of Hawzah international relations - from the Islamic Republic of Iran delivered the keynote speech in English.
14 families received Raffle Draw gift pictures from Sayyid Agha Ali Raza and Sayyid Hussaini Kohsari.
All kids wore headbands in the Community Kids Surūd recital and performed the 'Hareefet Manam' Surūd followed up with all-time-favorite 'Salam Farmande'. Hundreds of live audience applauded their performance with Salawaat on Muhammad wa Ale Muhammad (s). Their performance left many in tears of joy and the hall resonated with the slogans of 'Labbayka Ya Mahdi' and 'Labbayka Ya Khamenei'.
The kids and youth received goodie bags and gifts upon entering the venue. A group of female volunteers did face and hand painting for kids. Kids received colorful balloons which made the ambience jubilant and celebratory!
Multimedia video clips of Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei & Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah were played on the projector in subsequent intervals throughout the event. A beautiful nasheed titled "Assalamu 'Alal Mahdi" was played at the beginning of the event as the attendees walked in. All clips were subtitled in English.
The event closing Duaa was performed by Sayyid Agha Ali Raza.
All attendees were served with Takeaway Dinner Tabarruk by Masjid al-Jamkaran. Tea and snacks were made available throughout the event.
Our volunteer families and many attendees stayed behind for cleaning and wrap up. May Allah bless them all.
Please remember our team of volunteers in your duaas and pray that we be able to pave the ground for the reappearance of Imam Al-Mahdi (ATFS).
