What is the wisdom of this? 4 Muawiya bin Ammar says: Imam Sadiq always had some of the soil of Karbala with him. When he wanted to pray, he would prostrate on them And he used to say: Prostration to Imam Hussain's honor goes up to the seven heavens. 5️⃣ From the narrations related to the way of the Prophet, it is found that the Prophet and his companions prostrated on the ground (both dirt and stone) and therefore the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) said in a narration that is accepted by Sunnis and Shiites: God gave me virtue and excellence through several things One is that he made the earth both a place of prostration and purity for me. 6️⃣ Sunnis and Shias agree on many cases of prostration. Because both groups consider prostration on soil, stone, wood and other non-edible and non-wearable objects as permissible. But Shia believes Sajdah is not correct in other cases. It is obligatory that prostration be on the ground or one of the above, the reason for this is the narrations that have been entered. 7️⃣ Imam Sadiq (AS) said: "Do not prostrate except on the ground or on what grows from the ground except cotton and linen." 8️⃣ Zarara asked Imam Baqir (AS) if it is possible to prostrate on tar? Hazrat said: No, it is not permissible to prostrate on clothes, wool, edible fruits, minerals, animal parts, and bird feathers. 9️⃣ Ali bin Jafar asked his brother Hazrat Musa bin Jafar: Can a person use silk carpets and silk rugs as well as silk carpets and silk rugs? Should he sleep, lean, stand, pray on them? Imam said: There is nothing wrong with sleeping, sitting and other uses of them, but he cannot prostrate on them. Except on the earth or the earth that grows it. Also, it should not be what is eaten, worn, or mineral. According to this, Sunnis consider carpets, rugs, and carpets to be earth, but it cannot be accepted that carpets and rugs are earth. At the same time, this is against caution. Prostration on the soil and the use of seals have existed since the time of the Prophet. 1️⃣0️⃣ Rafi bin Abi Rafi narrates from the Prophet (PBUH) that he said: "Your prayer will not be complete and correct. Unless you put your forehead on the ground while prostrating." Since the time of the Messenger of God (PBUH), some companions used to prostrate on the stone.
