O Allah! appoint me this day to be among those who love Your friends and hate Your enemies, and those who follow the Sunnah of the seal of your prophets, O Preserver of the hearts of the prophets [from sin].

لو كانَ الإيمانُ كلاماً لم يَنْزِلْ فيهِ صَومٌ ولا صلاةٌ ولا حلالٌ ولا حرامٌ .
اگر ايمان تنها گفتار بود، روزه و نماز و حلال و حرام نازل نمى شد.
Imam Ali (AS) said, 'If faith was a mere statement, then fasting, prayers, the lawful and the unlawful things would not have been prescribed for it.'

O Allah! grant me in it the grace of the night of ordainment, and turn about my circumstances therein from hardship to ease, accept my excuses, and relieve me of the burden of sins, O You who are compassionate to your righteous servants.
